Warren has served as a public official representing quasi-governmental agencies and a government department for 15 years in New York City, New Orleans, and recently in Augusta, Georgia. His calm and diplomatic demeanor has provided technical assistance in the fields of economic development and urban planning to the business community involving entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community development organizations. Research and strategy development combined with outreach support are his interests in serving with greatest impact in local neighborhoods. Warren has a B.A. degree in Urban Studies and Public Policy at Dillard University in New Orleans and studied Urban Planning at Columbia University in New York.
