A dedicated advocate for minority-owned businesses, Kelisha previously served as Executive Director of the New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce, where she restructured services and supported over 650 businesses. She has held key roles in supplier diversity and regulatory compliance at Caesars Entertainment and Harrah’s New Orleans, and currently serves on several boards, including the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. and the UNO Research & Technology Foundation.
