Susan Vanderbilt is the Board Chair of the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, the premier membership organization supporting African-American businesses and professionals in the Nashville area. A passionate connector and advocate, Susan is also the Founder and Executive Director of Entrée Savvy, a business development and diversity inclusion firm she launched in 2013. With a background in communication and leadership, she has served as diversity inclusion manager on major projects like the Music City Center and First Tennessee Ballpark, helping create sustainable opportunities for underrepresented businesses. Susan is a graduate of Tennessee State University, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Recognized for her leadership and commitment to service, Susan has been honored with awards including the Nashville Business Journal’s Woman of Influence, 100 Leading Women by NashvilleBusiness.net, and the Power Moves Award for service and philanthropy. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she serves as President of the Rutherford County Alumnae Chapter, and sits on multiple advisory boards including AEC Power Women and MiTech Partners. As a board member of the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., Susan continues hermission to uplift communities, empower small businesses, and champion inclusive economic development across the region.
