Washington, DC – The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) hosted a spectacular evening on Friday, October 6th, 2023, as they brought together over 600 young Black entrepreneurs, executives, and trailblazers at the prestigious Salamander DC. The event, presented by Walmart, was a celebration of the remarkable achievements and contributions of young Black leaders who are making a significant impact in their respective fields.
Among the luminaries honored at the USBC Power 50 Under 40 Honoree Reception, Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart, CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, stood out as the recipient of the Game Changer “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award. With her inspiring story, Harris-Dupart shared how she transformed her business from a viral social media campaign into a thriving $75 million global enterprise. Her journey was nothing short of remarkable, serving as a testament to the limitless potential within the Black entrepreneurial community.
In her acceptance speech, Judy Harris-Dupart encouraged attendees to pursue their dreams passionately, reminding them that with dedication, innovation, and hard work, they too could overcome obstacles and achieve incredible success. Her message of empowerment resonated deeply with everyone in the room.
