Antwanye E. Ford is the President and CEO of Enlightened, Inc., a leading IT and management consulting firm he co-founded in 1999. Under his leadership, Enlightened has grown from a startup to a dynamic enterprise with over 200 employees, serving federal, state, and local agencies in cybersecurity, software development, and consulting. A visionary strategist and passionate problem-solver, Antwanye also manages Prolightened, LLC, a commercial real estate firm focused on urban development. Prior to founding Enlightened, he held leadership roles at INTELSAT and MCI, overseeing large-scale technology and billing systems.

A respected national leader, Antwanye serves as Vice Chair of the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., and holds several influential positions, including Board Chair of the D.C. Workforce Investment Council, Board Secretary of the National Association of Workforce Boards, and founding member of the Greater Washington Black Chamber of Commerce. A proud advocate for mentorship and economic equity, he leads Enlightened’s award-winning internship program and serves on numerous boards including Howard University’s Cybersecurity Education Center and School of Business. A native Washingtonian, Antwanye holds multiple degrees from The
George Washington University and a Master’s in Divinity from Lancaster Bible College.
