Washington, DC- Following the announcement of presidential candidate Joe Biden selecting Senator Kamala Harris as his VP pick and running mate, the U.S. Black Chambers released the following statement:

“We remained hopeful that Joe Biden would select a bold, proven leader, and woman-of-color as his running mate; and our hopes did not fail us.
