Washington, DC- The U.S. Black Chambers (USBC) is the voice of Black business owners and continues to be an advocate for resources and policies that impact Black business owners. USBC president Ron Busby released the following statement regarding net neutrality:

“Black entrepreneurs today have a growing demand for better, faster network services, and innovative broadband infrastructure.

We support the DC Circuit decision affirming the FCC’s repeal of public utility regulation of the internet and remanding regarding deregulation broadband service.

We strongly urge Congress to take serious action towards ensuring business owners have the access and infrastructure they need to succeed in the e-commerce marketplace, that includes protecting the open internet from blocking, throttling, and content-based discrimination,” said U.S. Black Chambers president Ron Busby.
